Watermelon Ice Cream
Difficulty: medium-low Prep Time: 30 minutes excluding cooling
Ingredients:
500g of chopped watermelon
300g caster sugar
100g chocolate
100g candied pumpkin
40g pistachios
2 tablespoons water of orange blossom
Cinnamon
Salt
Preparation:
Sift the watermelon good for adding half the sugar and orange blossom water. Mix and put a freeze. At this point add the remaining sugar, chocolate chips, pistachios blanched in boiling salted water, peeled and chopped, plus candied pumpkin cut into cubes. Together a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, stir and pour into a mold and put it to freeze in the freezer for a few hours.
