Eliminate the Stress of Everyday Life: 10 Tips

Stress, work, and bad news, commitments: we all need a little 'relaxation to distract us from everyday life. Take a break, however short, is essential to recharge and start again with the right foot. At work

1) Make room on your desk: do not be overwhelmed by the practices. Put some 'order, make a selection and keep only what you need. Decorate your desktop with personal items such as photos or a plant, which will allow you to define your own space and distract you for a few minutes.

10) You're a little 'alone with yourself: take a break and turn off your phone and other devices that may disturb you. Listen well to music of any kind, if it allows you to distract you.
